This one started as a wooded lot with trees, roots, and no usable ground to speak of. Before a building crew could set foot on the property, we had to go in first - clear it out, cut it down to grade, and build a foundation that would actually hold. That's exactly what we did.

We handled the full land clearing, getting rid of the trees and working the site down to a solid, level base. You can see the Cat D3 dozer doing the heavy lifting here - pushing material, cutting grade, and working the pad into shape pass by pass. That machine is built for tight, wooded lots like this one where precision matters as much as power.

Once the pad was graded and packed in, we also prepped the interior for concrete. That step matters more than people realize. If the sub-base isn't right before the concrete crew shows up, you're setting yourself up for cracking, settling, and headaches down the road. We make sure the building crew walks onto a site that's ready - not one they have to work around.

The end result speaks for itself. A solid shop building standing exactly where a tree line used to be, sitting on a stable, well-prepped pad. That's what new construction building prep is supposed to look like. No shortcuts, no skipping steps, just work done right from the ground up.

Whether you're planning a shop, a pole barn, or any kind of outbuilding, the site work underneath it is what determines how long it lasts. If you need a pad built the right way, we're the crew to call.
